The steam generator is designed as a cylindrical pressure vessel with a removable tube bundle, with thermal oil circulation in the primary circuit and saturated steam production on the secondary side.

Fresh or recirculated air heater that uses a process air fan installed externally. The air is heated to the desired temperature upon contact with the combustion chamber and the pipes of the second circuit.

The EXT design is made using concentric steel coil pipes that form the heat exchange surface.

UL-S steam boiler
This is a highly efficient three-pass steam boiler with a steam output of 1,250 to 28,000 kg of steam per hour at pressures up to 30 bar. With very low emissions and the option of converting to biofuel or hydrogen, the UL-S is perfectly suited to the requirements of the future.
