SOV series steam generator
The steam generator is designed as a cylindrical pressure vessel with a removable tube bundle, with thermal oil circulation in the primary circuit and saturated steam production on the secondary side.
Characteristics of the SOV steam generator
SOV generators are steam generators that operate at a specified pressure and steam temperature.
The steam that forms when the water in the tank is heated accumulates in the upper part of the generator above the evaporating water. Each time steam is removed, the pressure in the tank decreases, the superheated water evaporates, and the level regulator allows water to be replenished in it using a special pump, so that the level always remains constant.

Highly Efficient Steam Generators Operating on Diathermic Oil
Thermal oil steam generators are the ideal solution for customers who need steam for their business but do not want to spend money on operating a steam boiler. The most significant savings from a steam generator are that in most cases they do NOT require a boiler operator. This should result in significant savings in operating costs compared to a boiler, which requires a licensed operator most of the time.
When using a hot oil heater in combination with an industrial steam generator and condensate receiver, the overall efficiency of the system is unmatched by any other solution.

Advantages of Steam Generators with Thermal Heat Transfer Fluid
Are you weighing your options between a steam generator and a boiler for your facility? Keep in mind that steam generators have significant advantages over boilers, some of which include:
- No explosion hazard and fuel supply
- No burner or chimney to operate and maintain
- No emissions permit required
- Faster heating time
- Does not require a boiler operator
